Shows:
Jeff has performed at numerous fairs throughout the years. His performances can be geared to audiences of
all ages on the main or side stages or they can be geared specifically
for children. Shows consist of traditional Appalachian music and
include sing-a-longs, a "sit down square dance," and demonstrations on
how to build some of the instruments Jeff plays (which has shown to
really hold the audiences' attention.) The performances are
participatory, engaging, educational, and most of all, a lot of fun!
Instrument Making:
A proven hit at the fair! Jeff makes a homemade instrument, a "One String Pork-n-Bean" guitar with your fair goers. These instruments are personalized with labels designed for your fair and they make a great take-away! Jeff comes prepared with all necessary materials.
Performances and Instrument Making are suitable for all ages and are fun for the whole family!
